At REP Research Lab, we stand behind the quality of our research-grade peptides. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the packaging and product for our records. Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost: • Full refund to original payment method • Replacement of the affected product(s) • Store credit for future purchases
Due to the nature of our products and regulatory considerations, the following items are not eligible for return: • Opened or partially used vials • Products not stored according to recommended conditions • Items returned beyond the 30-day window • Custom-synthesized or special-order peptides • Products showing signs of mishandling by the customer
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated. Store credits are applied immediately upon approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card), we will issue a store credit or arrange an alternative refund method with your approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process once it arrives. Custom synthesis orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
