We currently ship orders only within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer standard domestic shipping within New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within New Zealand and the selected shipping method. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors are outside our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery during transit. Packaging is plain and unbranded for discretion.
